In 1984, Mel, Rose, Charlie & Bill Fishbein opened Coffee Exchange. 40 years later, we are looking forward to celebrating this milestone with you - our customers, vendors, neighbors and friends!
To begin, we are asking you to share YOUR Coffee Exchange story. So many customers, current and former baristas, and “regulars” have told us of meeting their husband or wife, having their first date, or job interview, right here at Coffee Exchange. Is that you?
Do you have memories of specific events - like the recent hawk that came inside, or an impromptu gathering during a snowstorm - that you’d like to share? Do you have photos from years or decades past? We want to see them! Please share any and all tidbits to stories@thecoffeeexchange.com, which has been set up just to collect these memories. The goal is to compile it all together into one Coffee Exchange retrospective.
